Surveillance Clinic
At HOAF, we serve to meet the needs of our patients in every possible way. Since opening in 2018, our acute care clinic in Fredericksburg, VA, has provided a much needed space for our patients to go when they are experiencing medical issues or symptoms in regards to their cancer treatment or diagnosis. At HOAF, we recognize a cancer diagnosis is often accompanied by fear and growing concerns and questions. We strive to give you peace of mind and educate you on the leading-edge treatments available here to empower you to make healing choices.
Our surveillance clinic gives us the availability to see patients same-day with no appointment required. On site, you will find a dedicated and knowledgeable team of nurse practitioners and certified medical assistants who are passionate about delivering top-notch care. If you are in need of a prescription, we may be able to fill that through our in-house pharmacy and deliver your medication right away to make sure you receive prompt treatment. Research & Clinical Trials
At HOAF, we proudly deliver first class treatment options to our patients, including access to clinical trials. Who qualifies? Every patient who walks through our doors is screened to determine if there is a clinical trial on our menu that the patient would be a candidate for. Clinical trials are cancer research studies developing the most innovative and ground-breaking treatments for our patients.

The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate when you check in and check out. Dr. Moore knows her stuff and goes way beyond by checking my other doctors test results and interpreting them for me in a way that gives me confidence about my health. She is very knowledgeable, very thorough and very compassionate with each visit. I can’t recommend Dr. Moore and HOAF highly enough!
I’ve had a great experience here. Every nurse that I’ve encountered has been kind and caring. The front desk staff is exceptional. Always courteous, polite and efficient. Dr. Menechery is my Oncologist. He and NP Kira always answer my questions and ensure I’m being taken care of. If you have to be seen in oncology, I would recommend this facility.
They are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! My mom had breast cancer but also suffers from dementia (with delusions and hallucinations) and they have ALWAYS been proactive and cared more than her primary care doc or anyone else. I couldn’t get my mom into a Neurologist right away and Dr. Bonnie Moore called and got my mom in right away. I just wish they could be her Neurologist, PCP and everything else… So thankful for them!!!

The doctors, nurses, and staff are exceptional. Their passionate care, knowledge and ability to answer questions could not be better. I always feel like I have their complete attention and they really care about me. It can be a difficult journey and this is definitely the right place to be for the journey.
