Survivorship
Navigating Life After Cancer
At HOAF, we know that your cancer journey doesn’t end once you finish chemotherapy or treatment. Staying healthy after treatment is important. Whether you’re finished with treatment or being monitored after receiving a cancer diagnosis, our providers will continue to follow up with you. We will continue to schedule visits with you, perform any necessary testing and provide you with any information and resources to ensure that you stay healthy. Oftentimes, we also often provide seminars to help you with your health after cancer.

Survivorship Bell
Our bell is a symbol of hope and survivorship, and the plaque was made for HOAF by a local metal artist. When a patient completes their chemotherapy, they ring the bell in our infusion room. It is an experience that we all celebrate here at HOAF.
